Local Plumber Warrington provides domestic plumbing and gas engineering services in Warrington and surrounding areas. All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers in compliance with UK law.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Quotations are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes once our engineer is on site. We will always communicate any changes to you before proceeding with additional work. There are no hidden fees — if the price changes, you will be informed and must agree before any extra work is started.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by email. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as early as possible via the contact form at /contact/. We reserve the right to charge for abortive visits where reasonable notice was not given.
5. Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, issues caused by third parties, or consequential losses arising from the services we provide.
6. Gas Safe Registration
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Registration can be verified at gassaferegister.co.uk. It is a legal requirement in the United Kingdom that all gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We take this responsibility seriously and maintain full compliance at all times.
